Stefan Joselowitz (59)
President and CEO
Joss has served as our Chief Executive Officer, and as a member of our Board of Directors, since he founded the Group in 1996. In 2008, he relocated to the United States as part of our global expansion strategy. Since founding MiX, Joss has overseen six acquisitions. He successfully orchestrated the Company's listing on the JSE in 2007, and in 2013 led the team that listed the Company on the NYSE, in the process concluding a $65 million capital raising. Prior to MiX, from 1984 to 1995, he served as Chief Executive Officer, and previously, Sales Director, of Shurlok (Pty) Ltd, a developer of electronic systems for the automotive industry, helping to build the company into a leader in the field of vehicle safety and security.
Paul Dell (36)
Interim Chief Financial Officer

Paul has served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and as a member of our Board of Directors since February 2017. Prior to his appointment to this position, he was our Group Financial Controller from September 2012, and before that he served as Group Financial Manager from July 2010, when he joined the Group. From October 2007 to June 2010, Paul served as Group Internal Audit Manager and then Group Accountant at Bateman Engineering, an international project management business based in South Africa. He was previously employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. from November 2003 to September 2007, during which time he completed two secondments to the United States. He is a registered chartered accountant in South Africa.

Charles has served as the Chief Operating Officer since June 2014 and has served as a member of our Board of Directors since August 2007. Prior to assuming the position of Chief Operating Officer, Charles served as the Executive responsible for our Fleet Solutions worldwide, since the acquisition of OmniBridge in 2007. Prior to MiX, Charles founded DataPro in 1986, an Internet service provider and software development company, which was acquired by Control Instruments Group Limited in 1996. As part of that acquisition, Charles joined Control Instruments to lead its fleet management business, which became OmniBridge. Charles has more than 25 years of entrepreneurial and management experience working with companies in the technology sector.

Catherine, our Executive Vice President for Technology, joined the business formerly known as OmniBridge in May 2001, and in November 2013 was promoted to Managing Director of MiX's Central Services Organisation. Catherine is the custodian of the MiX Telematics brand and is responsible for product management and development, hosting and operations of the MiX SaaS platform, marketing, business systems, technical support and manufacturing. Catherine holds a Business Science degree with Honors in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town.
Gert Pretorius (50)

Gert, an executive vice president, was appointed as Managing Director of MiX Africa from October 2016, and served as the executive vice president for Information Systems from June 2014 to May 2017. He served as the Executive responsible for Africa Fleet Solutions from January 2012 to June 2014. Gert has served in various other senior sales and operations roles at MiX before being appointed Chief Operating Officer for MiX Africa in 2010. Previously, Gert served as Operations Manager for OmniBridge. From 1998 until joining OmniBridge, Gert held senior executive roles at fleet management companies including Super Group and Daimler Fleet Management, and in the security industry at Coin Security Group.

Re-elected 14 September 2016Robin has served as a member of our Board of Directors since November 1997 and was appointed Chairman of the Board of Director in October 2016. Robin is a member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee. Robin was a founding director and chief executive officer of Radiospoor Telecommunications Ltd, a specialist provider of mobile cellular services. Radiospoor was involved in the cellular industry as a service provider to the Vodacom and MTN businesses from the outset in 1993. Radiospoor listed its business on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in 1997. The business was sold in 2001. Robin then co-founded a private equity investment business and currently manages a private investment partnership, Masalini Capital (Pty) Ltd, in the role of Managing Director.
Richard Bruyns (64)

Re-elected 16 September 2015Richard has served on our Board of Directors from October 2007. In October 2016, he was appointed as the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee. He is also a member of our Audit and Risk Committee, and our Social and Ethics Committee. Richard has been managing listed companies since 1998, when he was with Hodgson and Darling, and has served as a member and/or chairman of board committees of various listed companies over the years.
Ian Jacobs (41)

Appointed 1 June 2016Ian was elected as a member of our Board of Directors in June 2016, and serves as a member of our Nominations and Remuneration Committee. Ian graduated from Yeshiva University, New York in 1997. He worked as a research analyst focused on small capitalization companies from 1997 to 2002 at Schroders, Sidoti & Co. and Goldman Sachs & Co., respectively. In 2003, after graduating from Columbia Business School, New York, Ian joined Berkshire Hathaway Inc. where he worked on investment research and other projects as directed by the Chairman/CEO. In 2009, Ian left Berkshire Hathaway Inc. to form 402 Capital LLC, a concentrated value focused manager that invests in businesses with structural competitive advantage.
Fundiswa Roji-Maplanka (42)

Appointed 2 October 2017Fundiswa is a business woman and a Chartered Accountant. She is the founding partner of an investment holding company, Dlondlobala Capital, which she co-founded in 2015. Fundiswa has professional experience in finance, audit, corporate governance, strategy, private equity, mergers & acquisitions, investment management, and investor relations. She was a senior manager responsible for strategy and investor relations at the Imperial Group until the end of 2014. Prior to joining the Imperial Group, she worked for over a decade at Kagiso Trust Investments, and later at Kagiso Tiso Holdings as a director of investments. During her tenure at Kagiso Trust Investments, she sat on various boards across industries including Macsteel, Bytes Technology Group, Multotec, UTI Pharma and Universal Print Group. She sat on the boards of radio assets of Kagiso Media including Jacaranda FM and East Coast Radio as part of managing the Media and ICT portfolio of the Kagiso Group. In the public arena, she has served on the board of Technology Innovation Agency and on the audit committee of the Commission for Gender Equality. She has also served as a non-executive director of the South African Venture Capital Association. She is currently a member of the board of the following non-profit organisations that focus on youth, education and health: Soul City Institute, and Programme for Improved Learning (PILO). She is currently serving as a trustee of two empowerment trusts; Ikwezi Trust, and the Imperial and Ukhamba Community Development Trust.

Re-elected 20 September 2017Tony is an independent non-executive director and has served as a member of our Board since February 2008. He is chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and is a member of our Social and Ethics Committee. He has also served as a member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee from March 2013 to May 2017.
His qualifications and the experience gained during has career as a financial director JSE listed companies, which spanned the years from 1986 to 2009, have provided him with the necessary expertise to undertake these key roles. He is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Fikile Futwa (42)

Elected 4 July 2018Fikile founded and manages an accounting firm, Your Financial Partner, which is registered with SAICA. She has more than 17 years corporate experience which includes external audit, accounting, payroll, financial management, corporate finance, corporate governance, taxation and B-BBEE regulations.
Fikile started her accounting articles at Andersen Consulting and completed them with KPMG. Post articles, she worked in corporate finance for Eskom and Anglo-American Corporation Limited. She later joined Discovery Limited, where she headed up the Discovery CA(SA) training program and Group Accounting department. She was also involved in the implementation of Enterprise Development funding transactions. Whilst at Discovery, Fikile worked with small and medium businesses that were applying for Enterprise Development funding. Fikile also serves as a non-executive director on various boards. -

Christoff Smit
Chief Financial and Operating Officer
Christoff joined MiX Telematics in 2013 and worked in the South African, and Middle East and Australasia businesses prior to joining the US team as Chief Financial and Operating Officer in 2017.
Christoff was trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), working as an auditor and international tax consultant during his tenure there. After leaving PwC and prior to joining MiX, he worked for various internationally listed companies in both financial and operational roles.
Pete Allen
Chief Client Officer
As Chief Client Officer of MiX Telematics North America, Mr. Allen is responsible for managing the customer experience. This includes building and managing the Sales and Account Management teams.
Mr. Allen brought more than 20 years of sales and customer experience to MiX Telematics, having contributed to the growth and success of industry pioneers as well as companies instrumental in the birth of driver behavior applications. These included Cadec Global, one of the original fleet management providers in the telematics industry; inthinc and GreenRoad, both early developers in driver behavior applications, and XATA Corporation (XRS), another pioneer in the telematics industry.
Baden Wehmeyer
Vice President of Engineering
As Vice President of Engineering for MiX Telematics North America, Mr. Wehmeyer is responsible for the product development strategy for the Americas.
Prior to relocating from South Africa to join MiX Telematics North America, Mr. Wehmeyer held the position of Head of Technology for MiX Telematics International, where he was responsible for the company’s global product development teams, tools and processes.
Mr. Wehmeyer has been with MiX Telematics since 2001 and holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Pretoria since 1991, and in 2007 earned his Masters of Philosophy in Information and Knowledge Management from the University of Stellenbosch.

He served as the Executive responsible for Africa Fleet Solutions from January 2012 to June 2014. Gert has served in various other senior sales and operations roles at MiX before being appointed chief operating officer for MiX Africa in 2010. Previously, he served as operations manager for OmniBridge. From 1998 until joining OmniBridge, Gert held senior executive roles at fleet management companies including Super Group and Daimler Fleet Management and in the security industry at Coin Security Group.
Marc Trollet
Europe
During his career, Marc Trollet has held a number of executive positions with start-ups as well as multinational companies. In particular, he has expertise in managing growth businesses in the telecommunications, wireless networking and data communications sectors. He entered the telematics market more than ten years ago and prior to joining MiX Telematics was Managing Director France & VP Channels EMEA at Masternaut. He has also held Vice President and general management roles at Motorola and Celestica.
Luiz Munhoz
Brazil
Luiz Munhoz joined the company after leading Continental Automotive in Brazil for 15 years. He adds significant expertise in the automotive industry to the MiX Telematics leadership team.
Catherine Lewis

Catherine joined the business formerly known as OmniBridge in May 2001 and in November 2013 was promoted to Managing Director of MiX's Central Services Organisation (CSO). Catherine is the custodian of the MiX Telematics brand and is responsible for product development, the hosting and operations of the MiX SaaS platform, fleet marketing and product management, technical support, and associated services. She has served as the Group’s EVP of Technology since 2014.
